Mon–Thu weekday events add $100 to any package. Add‑ons: branded target faces +$150 · tournament bracket + engraved trophy +$195. Travel is free within 25 miles of Richmond ($3/mile round-trip after). The deposit is $100 for events under $1,000, or 25% for events of $1,000 or more, and applies to your balance. Weather reschedules are free; your deposit carries to the new date.

Do you provide staff?

Yes. Coaching is included. We teach guests, supervise the throwing area and run the games. Your quote confirms the staffing for your event.

Are you insured?

Yes — fully insured, and a certificate of insurance (COI) is available for your venue or property manager on request during booking.

Where can you set up?

Homes, offices, venues, apartment communities, breweries, festivals, and outdoor spaces where the setup area works. We confirm surface, access, and guest flow before the quote is locked.

How big does the setup area need to be?

Most setups fit a 30 by 20 foot area for two lanes. Larger formats and festival activations get scoped during the quote based on guest flow and target count.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes. Coaching introduces first-time throwers to technique, safety rules and the games. Guests take turns in a supervised throwing rotation.

How far will you travel?

We're based in Richmond and serve all of Virginia. Travel beyond the Richmond area is quoted by distance — regional events like Charlottesville and Williamsburg are common.

How do I get pricing?

Send the date, location, event type, and headcount. Pricing depends on duration, distance, setup needs, and capacity. Quotes come back within 24 hours during the season.

What is the cancellation and weather policy?

Deposits hold the date. Weather rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis — we confirm an indoor or covered backup plan during the quote when it matters.
